Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern the provision of roofing, groundworks, and building services by Evercrest Property Care Ltd ("the Company") to its customers ("the Client").

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on our assessment of the work required at the time of inspection. Additional work discovered during the project will be quoted separately before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed at the time of quotation acceptance. For larger projects, staged payments may be required. Full payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Guarantees

All workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 5 years from the date of completion. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product (typically 10-25 years for roofing materials). All guarantees are provided in writing.

5. Cancellation

The Client may cancel a confirmed booking with reasonable notice. If materials have been ordered, the Client may be liable for non-refundable material costs. The Company will communicate any cancellation costs before they are incurred.

6. Liability

The Company is fully insured for public liability and employer's liability. We take reasonable care to protect your property during work. Any damage caused by our work will be rectified at our expense.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by English law.
